Ford fusion hybrid 2.0 2014 turned off and won't turn on, help!

Hello, my name is Rafael Barrera, I am the owner of a Ford Fusion 2.0 Hybrid 2014, I was driving normally and the car stopped when I tried to start it, Stop Safely Now appeared and I only heard a click, I did a scan and it showed me the following codes someone who can help me?

How old is your 12v battery?

Sometimes, it could be as simple as a bad battery.

The truth is I have no idea, I bought the car used without warranty 7 months ago, I already tried to pass power to the 12v battery with cable and jumstar and it only generates a click as if it were going to turn on and "Stop Safely Now" appears, immediately connect the scanner and I threw those codes

Good point. Probably not.

I was thinking more about all the random codes.

Generally the communication codes need to be addressed first. 

Suggest, print out all the codes. Clear all codes

I would first do a network test of all modules, the scanner will ping all the modules and see if any are offline. Based on these results, then we can determine the next diagnostic path.

 

Also, what is the history of the car? Any recent repairs? Any accidents?

I changed the 12v battery, connected my autel scanner, erased codes from all modules also with forscan and only did this until I reached a point where the hybrid battery was discharged and it no longer even makes that sound

Maybe the problem is in the pump or the damper needs cleaning.

You also need to look at the connection of the wires to the pump, because it looks like corrosion on the contact.

I would love to know what the OP fou d out with the car.  It would be nice to see what the ET check would show.
