mwr Report post Posted June 18, 2020 My 2015 FFH has 79,100 miles on it and recently began displaying a "Service Tire Mobility Kit" message every time I turn it on. I'm not concerned because I replaced my Tire Mobility Kit with a spare long ago. Of course I kept the kit. Does anyone know what that message means? murphy Report post Posted June 19, 2020 You replaced the kit with a spare but didn't go into the screens and reset the timer for kit replacement.
Waldo Report post Posted June 19, 2020 The goop in the mobility kit has an expiry date, so it's telling you that it has likely expired.

I'll check that out later today. I do note though that I bought my car new 5 1/2 years before the message appeared.

I've attached screen shots of what I see. Can anyone with a 2015 FFH see if theirs has a "tire mobility kit" setting. murphy Report post Posted June 21, 2020 In the left driver screen, not the center screen.

It has been so long since I accessed those left-side options that I had really forgotten they were there. Now I have a few others to check (with the manual) to see what they do. I use the left menu for resetting trip mileage, but not for anything else for a long time.

John V. Report post Posted December 4, 2023 Where do I locate the Tire Mobility Kit canister? We have a 2018 Fusion Hybrid. Thank you.
Cobra348 Report post Posted December 5, 2023 it's in a foam assembly setup under the trunk floor panel. on my prior FFH cars I used a compact spare and just put all the mobility stuff in the garage. My 20 prohibits usage because of changes in the HVB cover screw locations and the well itself.
