Cobra348 Report post Posted February 10, 2020 (edited) I got the bill for SIrius on my prior '17 FFH so I figured I'd change service to the '20. First question ... wheres the ESN that identified the radio to Sirius? Turns out it has changed and may not be visible in Settings ==> Sirius XM ==> Show Sirius Information. If it is blank, direct dial to channel 0 (zero). That ID is the new format ESN. If you watch carefully when you start the car, this ID will show for a second or so as things get started up. To leave station 0, just press one of the buttons on the Sirius station bar at the bottom of the screen. Gotta admit ... dropping the '17, adding the '20 and switching service around was really quite painless. I'm impressed. ADDED: Just a side note. Are you aware that on the new Sync Sirius screen you cannot change "bands" with buttons as you could prior to '19? Easy way is a small swipe left/right area next to the first station button. BUT - if you are on Sirius 1 band, only swipe left will work for Sirius 2. On 2 either direction works for 1 or 3. I just happened to stumble on this ... yeah, did NOT look in OM. Sue me.
