djminfll Report post Posted January 21, 2020 Does anyone else have a Platinum model? Mine is a 2017 with less than 30K miles, and the front seats are wearing unevenly. I brought the vehicle into my local Ford dealer hoping for a warranty replacement or reupholstery. The dealer took pictures and sent them to Ford who said I must have spilled something which damaged the seats. That is total BS, nobody is more careful with his/her car than I am, there is something defective with these seats. Is anyone else with a FFH Platinum having the same problem?
