Suspension hardward replacement

Just out of curiosity, how many of you out there when replacing FFH struts, shocks, control arms, etc... replace all the attachment bolts as a matter of course? Or do you only replace them if they're rusted or stripped? ALLDATA seems to recommend replacing all of the nuts, washers, and bolts along the way. But the cost can add up. Where do most of you buy the fastening hardware, dealership, online store, local parts store? Best,

Some bolts are torque to yield and can only be used once.

 

Some nuts are self locking and can only be used once as they won't self lock the second time.

 

Some bolts have special thread locking compound applied and can only be used once.

 

If you plan on reusing, at least apply locktite on the threads.
