None of the links in topic How To Use This Site: Post Photos, Your Control Panel, etc. work - how do you change your profile pic and get it to show?

I assume you mean the little icon to the left? Easy!

 

Click your screen name in upper right.

Select My Settings

Select Profile Settings from left menu.

Select the Photo button at the top

 

This is where you can upload small pics for your personalized logo/icon.

Piccan be 200 pixels horizontal or larger BUT no more then 100 KB in size. Once successful upload, you can crop it a bit.
