ethermion Report post Posted April 16, 2018 Yeah, got that message a few weeks ago. Got a can of Fix-a-flat that is tire pressure sensor safe (not sure I believe that) for like $5. Ain't payin' $32 for the exact same thing from Ford, even if it tucks in nicer. I have a regular hybrid, not the plug-in, so I have more room in the trunk to work with. Nice job posting this anyway. 2013 owners should be seeing this soon, if not already.
Former Expedition owner Report post Posted August 8, 2018 Anyone know if the replacement is covered by Ford if you have the extended warranty?
ethermion Report post Posted August 9, 2018 (edited) Doubt it. Seriously, it is like a $5 can. Edited August 9, 2018 by ethermion
dalesky Report post Posted October 10, 2018 (edited) I bought a spare that is within 1/4 inch of the actual tire size, on a steel rim. I don't need the mobility kit. Can I just reset the warning as shown on the video?Never mind! I did reset it, and checked the air pressure on my spare, which fits nicely into the well provided. Thanks for the great video!
