Backlight on Left Arrow Of Left 4-Way Rocker Button Fading Out

It's an odd one, I know. I noticed yesterday that the left arrow on the 4-way rocker button on the left side of of the steering wheel wasn't lit. I pushed it a few times, then left it alone, and then it slowly started to glow. Same thing happened this morning. I think the bulb is starting to fail.

 

And yes, sigh, it's a 2013 FFH.

I have the same problem as well!!! Except mine also involved the volume buttons, the adaptive cruise and one of the D-pad lights are completely out.

The 'news' gets worse - they're LEDs and soldered onto the PCB, rendering individual component replacement pretty much impossible. Only solution is to replace the whole switch. Hope you have warranty coverage left...
