Hi gang, Thanks for all the help. The discussion here helped push me over the edge to the hybrid over the 2.0 ecoboost FF Ti. Long time reader, 1st time contributor. I'm set to pick up my FFH this Friday, the car has a build date of 6/13/13/ ETIS is showing outstanding "field service items" of: 12A04 - SYNC WITH MYFORD/MYLINCOLN TOUCH - APPLICATION PERFORMANCE UPGRADE 12M02 - SYNC WITH MYFORD/MYLINCOLN TOUCH - WARRANTY EXTENSION COVERING ACCESSORY PROTOCO L INTERFACE MODULE (APIM) 13B07 - POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) CALIBRATION. Can someone help me with what I even tell my salesperson to have the service department do to this vehicle before my Friday pickup? I'm a little lost on this topic but as they have two full days with the vehicle before I take her home, I'm thinking they should probably be able to knock this out so I don't have to bring it back to have it done. Is there anything else I should be asking them about with that build date? Thanks in advance for the help! -bms
