  1. Hi, Has anyone else had leaks with their moonroofs when they go through a wash? I've had a 2013 hybrid titanium for a bit over a week now. I've found two major concerns (along with a bunch of other questions). The first is the speaker buzz in the passenger door which I posted about elsewhere. The second is when I took my car through a wash some water leaked inside. I only randomly noticed this, but when I got home after the wash there was a splash of water a few inches long towards the middle of the back seat. It definitely couldn't have come from the door when I opened it - it must have come from the moonroof. In other places some people have claimed this is completely normal for a moonroof, others claim it should never happen. This wasn't a touchless wash, so there wasn't high pressure water. I tried again today and while water didn't land inside the car, I ran my finger along the inside back edge of the moonroof and it was coated in water towards the passenger side. Shouldn't it seal tighter than this? This happened during the wash, before the blowers kicked on to dry the car. It does look like the rear of the glass & its seal sits higher above the roof than the front by probably a mm or two, is this something the dealer can adjust? I also used a clean rag to wipe down the seal and the roofline in that area, hoping it will seal tighter. Thanks, Chris
  2. Has anyone installed (or had installed) a moonroof wind deflector on their 2013+ FFH? Is it needed? Does it greatly reduce wind noise? I find it curious that no one has mentioned this as a great-to-have accessory. I ask this because my last car (Honda CRV) had one and the reflector dramatically reduced wind noise when the moonroof was open. On my FFH, I notice that wind noise isn't too bad until you fully open up the roof. I'd like insight into whether a deflector can reduce the noise or if they are hard to install. As I've read that several deflectors (Auto Ventshade) are secured by only tape(!) and - since they aren't made for specific cars - may not even fit our FFH correctly. What has been your experience?
  3. Hi there. i'm trying to figure out what model & options to get on my FFH '13. I want to have the option to add a roof rack for big trips. Can you add one on a '13 with a moonroof? what about a sunroof? Thanks! This is my first new car so I appreciate the help on this forum.
