Well, I'm at 16k with no problems (knock on wood) and its not like I'm on the web searching for issues. I'm sure you'll get it fixed. GL Edit to add: I did find this and nothing else... http://www.greenhybrid.com/discuss/f81/blue-smoke-cloud-out-back-my-ffh-24728/

With over 13k on the car, Mine still comes on when in the left lane and theres nothing there to reflect the signal. Its a non issue. If you read the manual, it said you might have to "wipe off" the area .....You can "reset" the message on the dash by holding down the reset button (may/not have) that is on the steering wheel. It should go away, but there little yellow/orange whatever color, will stay lit till the car is off and should be gone when you start it up again. I'm a little surprise that this is still being "talked" about....

i hope theres more to that upgrade then that, like more support for the iphone

I've already posted about this on another topic, but this seems more like a bug....I wasnt doing anything special, my iphone was plugged in, and either it was indexing or it was done, not sure the status cause i listen to the radio when it indexing. The only thing i can thing of that out of place was i used sync my itunes last night....but i drov..e to woek and everything was fine...so..maybe its just a thing.

I was driving home tonight when i decided to change the channel, cause my iphone was still indexing, when nothing was working.None of the buttons, radio, nav, i, phone, radio vol, ect would work. I touched the screen and that worked without beeping and it seeme.d like it was really dim. The only buttons that worked was the climate controls...all the buttons above didnt. Anyways, I got home, shut off the car and waited a few minutes, then turned it back on. Everything seems to work fine now.. I'm going to call the dealership for an oil change anyways, so i'll let them know about this too. I hope this isnt things to come!

Sync Index Times For iPod
resq1diver replied to iNexxFear's topic in Audio, MyFord, Navigation & SYNC
I believe it depends on a few things, like the format that your music is, what other stuff is on there, or missing... I use my iphone, with 750 songs, and it can be 10 mins.. and, you can end up indexing again if you turn the motor off, leave and come back....so what some has been doing is getting a FD (flash drive), and keep all your music on it and leave it in the car...that or use a disk and save it to the cars hd...tho 9000 songs would take forever...haha but check out the syncmyride.com a big help there -
hmm, Well, i have my ac on auto and set to 71, and get about what you are getting, tonifan...but i noticed on cooler, less humid days, like today, i was getting 43... The outside weather does play a big role in it.. As long as i'm getting 40+ in the DC area, i'll keep my ac where it is and keep doing what i'm doing, since after all, 44 mile commute, i'm not going to go without ac during the summer

Maybe what you need is Trunk monkey... http://www.trunkmonkeyad.com/4wmv.htm

I get it all the time when driving next to a median, i just hit the reset button on the steering wheel and the message on the dash goes away, tho you'll still see the yellow dot on the side mirror... I know i stated the obvious but hey, there has to be someone out there that didn’t know ;) -
I've check everywhere for the FFH verison but i did get the Cargo Organizer, Black, Part Number: 6E5Z-54115A00-AA, and love it! much better then the net and It does protect some of the trunk area when not in use

I know this is past the posters time frame, but i have the FFH with the Nav, and love the rear cam. Wouldnt get a car without it now...
