  1. Thanks for the info Doug. It appears there is an open output terminal on the main box under the dash that the fog lamp switch controls. I'll get the power there and make a harness and pickup the ground somewhere under the hood. Car is put up for winter and it's snowed in the rear garage. Soon as it warms up I'll make the install. Think I'll pickup the chrome trim for the bezels for the lights to match the center grill. Thanks!
  2. That is why on the packages of the lens covers and such has to state. Not D.O.T. approved! Not for on Highway use. For off road and show only. But that is what the fine print says if you take the time to read it. Why is that? It's to give the others around you an chance to know what you are doing! As far as I am concerned it tells me a person that does this could careless about others around them and are not very considerate and probably don't use their turn signals and don't pay much attention to the lines on the road because they think they are just there to look pretty and just for decoration. One thing for sure If I was a LEO I would pop every vehicle I saw with such done to it. Can you tell I'm sick and tired of idiots that cover their lights so you can't see them, Install super bright lighting systems then don't have them aimed properly. I just pretty tired of stupidity! If you don't like your lights TUFF! Your not driving a show car! If you are showing it fine put them on during the show but just give others half a chance not to run over you or hurt somebody! We have to live together it not always about you! Generally speaking!
  3. I don't see any chrome on the lights on the back of the black 2010 above?
  4. Call me stupid but I have to ask why? Enlighten me please!
  5. Thanks for the reply Doug! How do the bezels remove?
  6. Waiting to see and hear what you had to do to make it work?
  7. Hello all finally signed up been reading here for a while. Bought our 2010 Fusion in Aug. this last summer nice car very happy with it. It been put up for the winter. I agree not much to the rear splash guards I'm disappointed been waiting on them what a waste. I'm thinking just getting the flat ones then you can mount them for better protection. There are a few other options I have found but I was waiting on Ford. I figured they would have done a better job. Thanks for the pictures I'll see what I can find now. Will post my findings.
