  1. I have this for the Fusion Hybrid - seems to work well for me. I have not done any major work, but it appears to cover most everything I would want.
  2. I just bought an ENV Touch and it syncs up fine, including the phone book. The SYNC phone list is Soooooo out of date.
  3. I received my letter a few days ago. I think I'm going to give it some time before I visit the dealership. This will give them a chance to perfect the repair process. I'm not thrilled about being without a car for half a day (or waiting around the dealership). Has anyone been offered a loaner car?
  4. FWIW, I solved my cargo mat problem for less than $20. I purchased a commercial entrance mat from Costco for $18. They also have them at Home Depot. These mats are 3' x 5' and are the perfect size to trim up for the FFH trunk with little waste. You can easily remove the existing trunk liner and use it as a template. It took about 20 minutes (and two razor blades) to size the mat to the exact trunk dimensions. After cutting, I lightly heated the edges with a propane touch to seal the carpet edges. The fit is perfect and it should last as long as the car.
  5. I'm also interested. Here's the best that I have so far: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_435ESS71RT/ESS-Headrest-Video-Package-Tan.html?o=n&tp=80 it does not include the DVD player, but it might hook up to one of these: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_158FX930/Sony-DVP-FX930-Black.html?search=DVPFX810&ssi=0&tp=246 Any thoughts appreciated.
  6. Are there any updates for trunk / cargo liners for the FFH? I'm considering getting the OEM version and trimming it down. The options and links above don't specifically state that they are for a hybrid. I'd really like to get something soon.
  7. You're correct- $850 tax credit for purchasing before the end of March 2010. At least it was something- ;-)
  8. Ice Blue 2010 502A Purchased on March 26 in Virginia X-Plan: $30,379.24 Processing Fee: $75.00 Sate and Local Taxes: $971.49 Tags, Title, Registration: $69.75 Total Out-the-door price: $31,495.48 The whole process could not have been easier. A $500 deposit held the exact car that I wanted until I could get back from a business trip. The actual transaction at the dealership only took about one hour and I was driving away. It was a great car at a great price with a minimum amount of hassle. The transaction is also eligible for the $850 tax credit on the 2010 taxes making the final net price $30,645. I've driven the car about 1,000 miles since March 26 and the car lives up to my expectations- great ride, great fuel economy, excellent finish and options. The GPS and some of the systems will take some time to master, but overall I'm very impressed.
  9. Wow, I'm surprised as nearly all of the reviews say that the car drives better and is more of a 'driver's car' than the hybrid Prius and Camry. I have an older Camry and I can tell you that that thing wallows all over the place- its a cushy ride, but I would much prefer a little stiffer suspension for better feedback and control. I also have two small children- 3 ys and 4 months. I'm interested in knowing the amount of backseat room for car seats-- do the front seats have to be jacked forward to fit the car seats in the back? I'm also concerned about the amount of storage room in the trunk. The next car will need to serve as a family travel vehicle, so being able to pack in the trunk for a long weekend with the whole family is a requirement. We don't travel heavy, but the other car (a Subaru Legacy sedan just barely makes it work.
