Thanks for your comment on this, but like i said i also noticed this on a hill at a red light, i was giving very slight pedal acceleration, and felt the same thing with the brake pedal released..but hmmm, no clutches huh, i realize its a CVT, but thought there would be some sort of clutch on it.. but okay

Hi, i have the 2010 fusion hybrid, lately been noticing, when at a light and slightly letting off the brake pedal, theres like a jerking or a small surging feel, also noticed that with slight gas pedal acceleration on a hill was same kinda jerking feeling, is this normal? it does not do it during normal driving though....been wondering if its the transmission clutch slipping a bit..was thinking about taking it in to have it serviced anyway soon, but this does seem a bit odd.

Yes hi, I had the same problem, on the instrument panel light adjustment, hold down the upper or lower button for a few seconds and it should go off, or on in other cases..
-
i kinda wonder about this "slipping" thing to in my FFH, there doesnt appear to be a passing speed mode on this eCVT, the engine on mine tacks up to 6k RPM, but is not converting to acceleration right away, kind of a lag when getting on it to me..

This pic, is what i was talking about..

oh i was talking about when my car sits over night, i park it outside, i notice mostly the sun roof condenses, when i'm driving i dont notice any at all. just wondering where the moisture is coming from is all, the car does "seem" tight, but i'm not positive now..
-
em i alone on this, no one else has this sorta of issue, on their car???..hmmm...
-
Actually Im beginning to wonder if moisture in ford products is a normal thing, I test drove a Mustang GT (nice ride) and it fogged up pretty good with 2 people in the car, on a wet day here, not long ago, My Toyota Camry mostly stays dry all the time, just seems weird to me that I see moisture and condensate in my Fusion, all be its been wet and a bit humid here lately..the good news is it drys out pretty fast with the heater on
-
Hi thanks, i noticed tonight condensate on all the interior windows, and sun roof glass to, with the shade closed, i have a 1994 toyota camry, with a sun roof, and its dry, makes me wonder if my toyota is better at keeping moisture from getting in..
-
Hi i noticed this morning a thin layer of frost on the inside of my sun roof towards the back seat, (about half the glass had a thin layer of frost), turned on the heat and it went away pretty fast, but is this normal??..(yes the car has been rained on, doesnt appear to be leaking water though).any thoughts?

thanks for the info on that, sounds like a reasonable thing it could be that too, i would hate to have to pay a few hundred bucks to get it to match though, the good news just continues....lol

Sounds like ford may have taken a short cut on painting the bumpers to me, I noticed today even the front bumper is slightly darker, and I saw this morning a 2010 ford fusion, sterling grey like mine, and the paint looked spot on, all the way around, I guess I just got lucky, and have a two toned car….
-
Never really that noticed before (wasnt looking really), i've been looking now more closely at other cars lately. some are spot on, with the bumpers and the steel panels, but are usually a lighter, or a darker (black) color, they seem to match up pretty well (the colors)..
-
Is it me or does the bumper paint seem a different color, than the body panels? i know the bumper is made out of plastic, so maybe i guess, The reason i say this i just bought a FFH, sterling grey, and the bumpers seems a click darker than the side panels to me..

i tend to agree with you there,i was just wondering (like the ford parts guy) what happened is all, all my other cars have had 3 as well, but seeing that the fusion had 4, whats up is what i wondered about..and you have a black on black one..do you like your color choice??
