I ended up buying a used headlight from ebay only 160 bucks. I got it installed at the ford bodyshop for 30 bucks, yes 30 bucks.

My lens on the headlight is broke, has a huge hole in it. These headlights are pretty expensive $266, might have to look on ebay or something for a used one. Thanks for your help.

How do I replace the headlight assembly on a 2010 Fusion? Is it easy to do myself or should I get someone at the dealership to do it for me?

I bought a clear plastic lens with adhesive on the back from Autozone for now. I think water will still get in there when it rains though due to the lens breaking at the top portion of the headlight. Anyone know of a good way to seal up the gaps?

Yea thats what I figured. The one at the junk yard has 3 of 4 tabs broke on the assembly, otherwise I'd just install that one. I'm probably going to buy it anyway since its cheap and see if I can get the lens on and off without breaking it.

I have a '10 Fusion and my left headlight lens was broken in a accident. I wanted to know if the lens can be taken off the assembly and replaced with another lens? The bulbs weren't damaged. I found a headlight in a junk yard but wasnt sure if the lens could be taken off or not.

When I buy new rims, can I have installer put the old TPMS on the new rim? Also, will I have to get it programmed?
