The 18" wheels depicted in (F) are indeed paired with the sport suspension in option code 64M. This option was added to Job 2 2010 Milans (Premier & Hybrid). The wheels are the same design as those available on Job 1 2010 Fusion SELs, but with a painted (luster nickel) rather than a machined or diamond cut finish and a Mercury center cap.
