Got our FFH in August and LOVE it. I wanted to download the Sync Traffic, Directions and Information. I could not get it to download to the zip drive. Live chatted with a Sync representative and was told that my computer's browser was too new and to get on an older machine to complete the updates. Has anyone had a problem doing these updates? I did a Vehicle Health Report and that worked. They told me I could go to my dealer and they would do it free of charge. I don't live near the dealer and wanted to avoid that if possible. Also, this may be a dumb question but when you play a CD is there a way to get the track names to come up? With all of the things this car does, I figured it would do that automatically. Or maybe my expectations are too high. lol Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

May I suggest calling dealerships. I am in the KC metro area where these cars are very hard to find. After one dealership wouldn't sell us one with x-plan pricing, and not finding another car with the same options, color, etc. online, I got on the phone and found a few more, one of which was exactly what we wanted, at other dealerships. It seems as though not all dealers put what they have in their online inventories. Hope this helps. This is my first post, so I'll say now that we LOVE LOVE LOVE this car!!!!
