Hi all, Just bought a 07 fusion with the 3.0, anyhow the dealer just dropped it off today, I noticed the bottom of the engine was wet with oil, I called to see if maybe they changed the oil, they said the didn't, I crawled under for a closer inspection, I noticed the torque arm for the engine was wet with motor oil, along with some pan bolts and the inspection rubber cover for the bell housing was torn (seems like someone has been there before) Dealer says the car was turned in by an elderly man (80's) who lost his license, and Carfax says all service data was done by the dealer who I purchased the car from. So far the dealer has been great offering to look at it, just didnt know if anyone else has had a problem in this area
