  1. The problem with slowing down like that is it ads time to the commute which when I move might increase from 50 to 75 miles. I might just get a 4 banger or the new fusion with and ecoboost engine. Any thoughts on the 2.0l ecoboost on the 13 fusion and what it would get on a commute like this?
  2. I drive 50 miles each way to work every day and typically go at about 80 miles per hour. Would the hybrid Fusion get descent gas mileage? I know hybrids get the best mileage in the city...
  3. So other than clearer sound does HD radio have better range or something like that? I've heard about it for years but it doesn't seem to be really worth it...
  4. I'm guessing whatever changes Ford makes will be relatively minor since they obviously spent a lot of time and MONEY on the 2010 model. However, I would say it will be more significant than the usual carry over from the previous model year. I would guess no on paddle shifters and a push button start and yes on Homelink...but that's just a guess. I wouldn't wait for what it's worth. You can get $2000 in rebates right now and it's a good car.
  5. Is that just Steve Jobs being a dick? What about the USB cable and the iPhone or say an Ipod Nano? Is that able to do anything more or do you just have to manually control all Apple's stuff?
  6. So I have a loaded 2010 Fusion with nav and sync. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it pretty much automatically started streaming music from my Iphone. One thing I've noticed is that I can pause the music, but I can't go to the next track. Any reason for that?
  7. Yeah I decided to go with the stock nav system. Just from looking at how integrated it was with everything I thought it would be better than an aftermarket setup.
  8. I'm looking at the stock non-nav radio and you can see that the climate controls display the temperature on the radio display...so if I were to put in an aftermarket radio would the climate controls not work right? Thanks for the reply
  9. I'm seriously considering a 2010 Fusion Sport with navigation. I typically like to install aftermarket stuff, but I've heard good things about sync so am wondering if the stock system might be worth it this time. Any thoughts? I found this on here that supposedly would unlock the nav system while driving too. http://www.coastaletech.com/fusioninstallation.htm Also, is there even a dash kit that would fit the 2010 fusion and not look ghetto? Thanks
