Car is 2010 hybrid 217k km. It abruptly started making a flapping noise above 60 kmh then at only about 80. Nothing else seemed to be happening. Video with audio of noise attached. I have studded tires on so there is some background noise. I am guessing fanbelt or some covering came lose, anything else it might be. Had work done several weeks ago. VID_20231227_165103.mp4
