I am attempting to change coolant. The tab on the drain valve is in the vertical position. I have tried turning it 90 deg. in both directions and no coolant is flowing out. Also, when the valve is open does the coolant drain from the drivers side of the valve or out the bottom? there is a tube on the side, but also a hole in the bottom of the support tube. Thanks. Should water be added to a "maintenance free" battery? It seems like in past, I added water to one and killed it. Berry

Could anyone supply the TSB for the 12 volt hybrid battery problem? A local dealer denies that there are any. Thanks. Berry
