Just had 2019 energi serviced and now it will not charge. When I look at the app it shows that it’s plugged in but says it’s going to change at the time of day I refresh the app but it’s mot charging. If I unplug it it shows that it’s unplugged on the app. It is not on value charge or scheduled charge. PLEASE HELP!!!
