Hello, sorry to hear about that! I am very interested to hear the out come, of this because my 2014 started making a unknown noise just before 100k , I took it in and had the quick lane do an inspection,they found nothing. [my mistake] I should have gone to service. So I am taking the car in for diagnostics on Monday. Also I have been informed by customer service that there are no recalls or warranty available. I still owe 13 payments on a 6 year loan and the car is not worth a expensive transmission replacement. Any comments welcome!

Hello to all, this is a great site and very helpful! The reason I ended up here I an now facing a transmission failure repair that I have been told by Ford customer service that there is no recall and the warranty is not in effect. I am bringing the car in for diagnostic next Monday. Comments and advise welcome .
