  1. Well today, one day after I posted this message, the navigation on my 2017 Fusion started displaying traffic & road conditions, after two years of not doing this. Coincidence? I think not. I suspect somebody at Ford is monitoring this board, connected my post to the VIN number, and remotely updated the software. Whoever that is, thank you very much!
  2. Yes, I have the same problem with my 2017 Fusion Hybrid. I call it a klunk sound when I am driving at slow speeds and either accelerate or decelerate. I took it into a Ford Service dealership. They heard the sound, but could not diagnose the problem. They said It was not in the front end suspension. Their next step step would have been to open up the transmission, but I told them not to do that. It's not a severe problem, yet. If it gets worse, I will take it in again.
  3. My 2017 Fusion Navigation used to display traffic and road conditions on my display. It stopped doing this a couple of years ago. I thought this data came from Sirius XM, but my Ford dealer said I had to renew my traffic subscription through Ford, somehow. Does anyone know how I can do this?
  4. Do you mean after the car has been driven 100k miles, or after the gasoline engine has been driven 100k miles. On my car, the gas engine is on only about half the time. So if the car has been driven 100k, the engine wears as though it has only been driven 50k miles. This also helps prevent the engine from overheating.
  5. Does Ford's unfortunate decision to stop developing small cars mean that next year will be the last chance to buy a new Ford Fusion Hybrid?
  6. I'd like to know what type of fuel injection the Ford Fusion Hybrid uses. (My model year is 2017.) Is it port, direct, or both port and direct? If it is direct only, it will no doubt suffer from the same carbon buildup issues that plague earlier EcoBoost engines, after they exceed 30,000 miles or so.
  7. It is possible. I remember being in a rush to get going whenever it happened. I never thought the position of the seat could be related to the problem. Maybe the sensor that determines the position of the seat is borderline. Thanks for the reply.
  8. My 2017 Fusion Hybrid has intelligent access and push-button start. Sometimes (rarely), after I start the car and put it into drive or reverse, the transmission automatically shifts itself back into park. One time it even did that twice in a row. The third time it stayed in drive. I haven't taken it into the dealership because it happens so rarely. Is this something to be concerned about? What could be causing this behavior?
