  1. Had the oil changed and tire pressure checked a couple weeks back. It's been a pretty mild winter here, so it's not been unusually cold. Last winter I did not have this same issue where my MPG went down by about 10 whole MPG's. Very strange. Any ideas on any settings that might be making this happen?
  2. I have a 2016 titanium and last three fill ups my mileage has gone from about 39 average down to 30. Made an appointment to have it looked at and person said sometimes the batteries lose their power over time. My car has 29k miles on it. Anyone else had this issue? The lesser MPG is over the course of THREE fill ups, and I have gone to different gas stations. Did not have this issue last winter/ I don't think it's weather related. Thanks.
  3. Did you know about the leak for that ten months prior to getting it worked on or is it that you had owned the car for ten months? Also, why was it at the dealer for so long? I was just informed my transmission on my 2013 also has some 'seepage' found during an oil change at the dealership. They didn't say anything about the extent of the work that might be needed, just that they will look at it when I bring it back in to get some things repaired as part of a safety recall (door latches and pretensioner cables). I am hoping it won't take them more than a couple days to get it all repaired.
  4. Are you already signed up here with your vehicles info? https://owner.ford.com/tools/account/sync-my-ride.html ? You also have to be signed up on this site for the report to run, at least that is how it works for the SYNC version I have in my 2013 FFH. Once you are signed up, it will run the report and e mail to you and you can reference back with the link in the e mail.
  5. I received a letter this week with information saying that I can contact the dealer and they now have the parts to fix the seat seat belt pretensioner. Keep on the lookout in your mailbox!
  6. Hi everyone, just checking in to see if anyone out there has heard anything new about the repair for this recall. Cheers
  7. Hi all! I'm considering purchasing a certified pre owned 2015 hybrid SE. I test drove the 2015 Energi SE, which I really loved, but I think a regular hybrid would fit my needs better. I'm curious as to how much lower I can make an offer on something that has around 30k miles on it. Most of the ones I see listed go for between 19-21k. Can anyone offer advice on what the lowest price is for me to start without being totally insulting? Thank you
