Happened to me last night in my new 2016 Fusion Hybrid :-( I've had the car less then two weeks and it's a replacement from Ford for my defective Focus Electric that was plagued with the same problem and spent over a month in the shop. Disappointing to say the least that Ford has so many problems with the newer cars and the nice technology related to them.
