The horn on my 2020 sounds terrible and is a single tone. I don't recall my 2013 sounding like this. Anyway, have anyone looked into putting normal dual tone horns on their fusion?

The new low speed nose hybrids and electric vehicles are required to make on the Fusion Hybrid is very strange. It sounds like music you might hear is like you are listing to a sound you might hear in a science fiction dream. Have you heard it? If so, what are your thoughts? I think it sounds sort of cool. Noticeable but not not startling. Mark

Ford claims the battery will last the life of the vehicle.

I would be interested in hearing more about your Uber experiences with respect to the Fusion HEV. How's it working out, mileage, city you are driving, etc. Thanks Mark

All Ford hybrids 2013 and newer come with Li-ion high voltage batteries. I would expect the replacement batteries would be Li-ion batteries as well.

I believe I am going to oder one. Do you know if the insulator comes with all the plastic clips, or do you have to order those as a separate part? Thanks

There seems to be a lot of things missing from the 2020 over what I had on my 2013 Titanium. I have not crawled through the car completely but a quick look is: - no 120 vac power - 12v power ports in the console missing - passive door lock sensors on the back door handles missing - No hood insulator and other rubber trim pieces in the engine compartment. - center console lid only has a deep compartment, the shallow compartment no longer there. - it seems like the "A" pillar is not as FAT as my 2013 was which offers better visibility (this is a good thing) - I am not sure, but I thought my 2013 had parking assistant sensors on the front bumper. - going from memory, fit and finish on the 2020 is bad, even for a Ford. - Auto parking feature is gone (never used the one I had on the 2013). I didn't trust it anyway. The hood insulator could be self installed if the 2017 or earlier pads will fit and if there are holes in the same spots for the plastic retainers. The console lid is a big deal for me. The two par lid exposing the shallow tray was great. The cavernous big compartment is useless without some way to organize the contents. I am wondering how many of these items can be added just by purchasing some parts and installing there. Things like the 12v power ports in the console. There are cover plates where the power point use to be. I think there was an SD card there too for the Sync system. Anyway, just a thought on how to get some of the useful features added back again. I looked it up for my 20 and the numbers provided in this thread and it says that it does not fit my car. Does it say that because my year didn't have one? Has anyone actually ordered one and installed it?
