87 Octane. I have used both 10% and non ethanol. In KC our ethanol regular runs about 2.489 a gallon. Non ethanol regular runs about 2.599-2.699 a gallon.

Because I can...I use non ethanol premium in my Harley. Also, when I buy my groceries, I get gas discounts. The highest I have paid for Non Ethanol regular has been 1.09 a gallon.

Car has almost 36,000 miles. Only burn unleaded without ethanol. Still does it. No performance issues. Just a Sulphur stink.

2015 FFH. 29,000 miles. Was entering a controlled access highway. Moderate acceleration..3,000 rpms...all of a sudden, at about 60 mph it felt as if I shifted into neutral and the rpms jumped to about 4500. I backed off the throttle and it appeared to return to normal. I was on a slight incline when it happened. Anyone else have had an occurrence like this? Thank you!

Ok experts. When accelerating hard on an on ramp, or up a steep hill, ac on, ac off, windows cracked, windows closed, I get a sulphur smell in the car. 17,000 miles, 46.4mpg lifetime. Typically fueled at Phillips 66 or HyVee gas stations using non ethanol regular or 10% ethanol regular. It only happens when engine is running at 4000 rpms or higher. Help!?

Under moderate acceleration I get a Sulphur smell..as if I have a catalytic converter problem. It occurs on entering a highway, or accelerating to pass a car. Any answers?

The Michelin tires that came with the FFH are 'V' rated tires, so it's not that. MG1 max RPM is the more likely issue.

You are correct..but I was only turning 4200rpm's..probably "Lawsuit limited"...;)

It will cruise all day at 90..and still has good acceleration to 118 mph. That is what I saw on a GPS at the Kansas Speedway. The engine hit a limiter at that speed..probably tire rating related.

602 miles today and 52.6 average. I am pleased.

So..just a thought...you relocate from Florida to Michigan..would your car need this recall? Would it be covered?

Just bought a set of 4. Set them to 36psi. The original Michelin tires were set to 40psi and were pretty poor in light snow. I am anxious to see if these tires turn our car into a little tank!

We are Nascar fans. My wife loves Rusty Wallace. I got us pit and garage hot passes at Charlotte. She met him and got his autograph. I figured that would be it...WRONG. Next year we go..also with hot passes. She asked Rusty if she could give him a hug for luck. He said.."Sorry MA'AM I can't, my wife will get pissed". Well, my wife was crushed. All that weekend I did all I could to soothe her. Rusty finished second, but Carolyn was still heartbroken. We just got a new car. In Missouri you can put 6 letters on a plate..RWHGME, stands for Rusty Wallace Hug Me. The next year, he had a fan club get together. She got her hug then, and we have been friends since! We are now friends of all the Wallace's. great folks!

10,000 miles on the odometer..just got 605 miles on this last tank..and lifetime mileage is 46.5...I am content.

As a Harley Trike owner, and required to burn premium for it, I get roughly 2 mpg better using ethanol free premium. That is 12 miles per tank more.

As they say in Indy Cars and Nascar..."shut up and drive!" I felt EXACTLY like you did. It felt like you needed an Engineering degree to understand it. Now..I am driving the car like I drove my BMW, just getting 49mpg and smiling all the way to the bank! You will own this car a long time...and learn as you go. Mazel Tov and enjoy!

I checked my oil life monitor and it says I am at 100%...all is well, now!

Was that after the service department hooked it up and did the hour long update/reprogram thing?

After an hour at the dealership.. And no joy....I sat there, scrolled through many different submenus, and all of a sudden, oil life reset shows up where it wasn't for the last many hours. I reset it. And it has held. Did it in front of a tech and advisor. We all just shook our heads.

My computer doesn't have the oil life reset screen. They said they have to hook it up and it takes an hour...but after that...it will be able to reset it like normal. Hope so..or Meagan will get a note from me!

Was at the dealership for oil change and tire rotation. 3.5 hours later I drive away. I check the "Oil Life" monitor. It still reads 56%. I can't find a way to reset it. I take it back to the dealership a d the service rep says it needs to be hooked up to reset the monitor and it takes 50 minutes!! AYFKM? He said it is a glitch with the 2015's...anybody heard of this?

Part of my route is very hilly. There would be 1 street light(New Generation Downpointing LEDs)that would turn my brights on and off...both..in relatively rapid order. To me, I can handle operating my brights when I need them. Kind of like sweet tea...I know that if I want sugar in my tea, I can add the proper amount...if I wanted diabetes sugar watered tea I would love sweet tea!

Took my Fusion to the dealership because my headlights would go to brights and then turn off randomly. The dealership could not figure out what was happening..and was going to order a new light stalk. I went through settings...and found lighting...and found "auto brights"...and turned it off...PROBLEM SOLVED!
