Yep all is good..... F150 home in the driveway and new Fusion in the Garage......... Now waiting on the Shelby 350's to be released in August......

Ok left the dealer.... I showed the service Manager the forum......... Explained to hook it up to the dome light circuit...... it works correctly this time, and all is well...... Seems they had it hocked to the instrument panel lights..... Lol

At the dealer now......... We shall see...... Not resolved I will doc Rachel on them

according to the dealer the instruction sheet does not cover the 2015 model....... He believes the wiring has changed since the instructions were printed....... My next step after today is getting ford involved...........

Have another appointment with my dealer to fix the illuminated door sills again... ( 4th time the car has been worked on ). The car is just a little over two weeks old......... Every time I take it in they re wire the sills and they act different but not the way they should...... Ready to have them just take them off and refund my money..........

Well mine stay on whenever the motor is running, and the dealer says they are wired correctly..... Not happy.......

Ok I just got my 2015 FFH. And had the illuminated door plates installed..... They stayed on all the time..... Even after you got out of the car and locked it. Took it back to the dealer.... Now they turn off if you get out and lock your car... But stay on when the engine is running..... Called the dealer and they said they would get back to me before they closed...... That was three days ago.... My question is do they stay on like that..... Seems to me they should go off with the dome lights...... Very annoying staying on like that....... I'm going to have the dealer take them out and put back the original door sills if they do..... Way too much money involved for them not to go off.... And three trips to the dealer with no satisfaction.... It's a new car.......

Well folks I can't make this up........... I get in my 2013 f 150 with 14000 miles on it this morning and the ignition switch shorted out. Finally got it started and drove it to my dealer and they said it would be late this afternoon to look at it.... Ok so I check and my new car is still not there so I get a rental car to go home...... A Mini van..... All they had..... Soccer mom written all over it..... I make it home and go in to take a nap...... Phone rings.... It's the dealer telling me my new car is in and it will take several hours to clean prep and put on the illuminated door sills as well as the phone remote start..... Ok now I got two cars in my driveway to get to the dealer and two cars at the dealer to get home...... I clean out the fusion that I'm going to trade on the new fusion.... It's a 2012 with 19000 miles on it..... Try to start it.... No go..... Dead 12 volt..... Put a battery charger on it go back in the house....... On the table is a case of Bud Light....... I'm so tempted..............

That's too cool.......... Hope it doesn't take 54 years for mine to get here........ Lol

I blame the transport company.........

According to my dealer they can't call the yard directly.... They have to call the rep who calls God knows who till it finally gets to someone who can hot ship....... I have already paid for the car to take advantage of the deadline for holiday cash....... It's like ford has my money so what's the hurry..... I'm really upset over this........

It's really aggravating since the car has been sitting 50 miles away since last Wednesday....... And hasn't moved....... Not a happy with ford on this one....... I Can understand no delivery on thanksgiving, but the dealer had deliveries on Friday, Saturday and today..... All from the lot where my car is sitting............ And this is my third special order Ford...... But may be my last.......

Now the dealer says Dec 4th........ How many beers can I drink...........

Dealer says the car is at a vehicle terminal at Shelbyville Ky..... It will be taken off the train and transferred to truck transport. Should depart Tuesday morning Dec 2 ( due to the holidays ). It's a 50 mile run to the dealer...... Going to the liquor store to stock up for the long weekend.......

Was informed by my dealer this morning that my car was somewhere in Indiana, he was not sure where, but at least it made it through the riots in Ferguson.......... Still has a delivery date of Dec 2nd...... And a final destination of Versailes Ky........ Wonder how much beer I can drink in 6 days......

Well thanks for all the concerns on my knowledge of the Owners Manual and I have located a spare tire kit but it may be better to have a tow truck follow me in case I get a flat.......... My car is in the Norfolk Southern Voltz Railyard in Kansas City Mo......... It has been setting there for the last 24 hours..... The rail line goes through Fergeson Mo and St. Louis before heading to Louisville Ky....... Hopefully when the train does move the riots will be over........ Still have a delivery date of Dec 2nd so that will give me another week to read the manual and find some fuzzy dice to hang on the mirror........

Well watching the news..... I just hope the train passed through St Louis before the riots or my car may not have a trunk...... Pass the ammo........
