Not taking sides but different gasoline has different additives. So in fact if you use gas that has tech,whatever in it you have added an additive.

Could the tire wear be a contributing factor, the car comes with low rolling resistance tires and with 10k on them they may not be as low rolling. I nevert got more than 37.7 since i got back from the dealer.

We use the same gas stations, there ar 4 of them we use. I was goint to try to fill the next time with med grade, then real 100% gas. We have been resetting after every fill up.

This year isnt any wors than last year infact not as bad. I only have just over 10,000 miles on it. I have never been below 34 in the winter. This is the first time its hovering around 32. I live at the top of a mountian about 800 ft. I get unlimited going down but around 6-8 comming up.

Ever since I bought my 2014 Hybrid SE I have been getting > 37 in the summer and > 34 in the winter, this is a milder winter than last year but my milage has dropped to around 32. Is there anything I should look for?

I found this in a link to another post that poped up as a google commercial below your message. If this is correct it would seem you only have to trick the screen to think its still in park. Most likely pulling 1 wire and either grounding it or tieying it to 5v. I do not have an apple but it should be the same. Yes that what I was looking for, I didnt know the screen was locked out. I want to use it in my Motor home also, it has a old Jensen but has a video input. Ill get the adapror and it should work on the jensen ok. However that lockpick is way too expensive, most likely $5 worth of parts or less. I guess the first 2 people that replied cant read and comprehend very good. thank you

Who cares about what Ford says? There are plenty of examples on youtube. I want to mirror google maps navagation. Thats all. Also There are 100's of replacement indash radio cd players one could install on any vehicle, and view DVDs while driving. But thats not what I want. I would be happy just to show my garmen gps on the screen.

Has anyone found a way to screen cast their android phone to the screen with backup cam and gps? I was again reminded just how big a waist the GPS is when I tried to find an address thats been there over 100 years and it couldnt find it. My Garmen found it but not Ford. Right now I use either the garmen or my phone and google maps. I see other people have been able to use chrom cast to cast their android phone to other vehicles.

I have had my 2014 since October 2013. My sync rarely understands what I say and I'm forever looking at the screen or control panel to adjust the radio or the air condition. I find it way more distracting than the old fashion knobs, I have ran off the road several times looking and trying to touch the right spot to lower the temp for instance, I never had or have that problem with any car or my motor home with a normal slide control and on/.off knobs. I think sync is way more dangerous than a cell phone to distract a driver. Alo now you have to learn and remember 20 commands instead of feeling for the slider.

Has anybody compared the A6 update with the A5? Anything new or better?

" Maybe that's the problem, The maps are for Canada and the US is an afterthought. I even get entering map data incomplete area, In town sometimes.
