You'll have to google around but the closest I've found is:
It's for an older model but I assume it will be similar
-
Looks like it's this:

I'd start here: https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos/sync/getting-started-with-sync/android-auto-frequently-asked-questions/
If you have Sync 3, you need a cable. If you have Sync 4, it supports wireless.

Like tank full it was going great like 900Km approx and every 15 days after i was filling tank. Now it is performing terrible even if the range shows 400km , and after 75 km drive it shows range 177 km.
And fuel efficiency readings looks ok 4.9L/100km
Take it back to Ford.
Maybe they missed something.
What service did they do?

I pressed "Connect" on the screen and it connected, one time. Then after I started the car again it wouldn't connect by pressing "Connect". I tried many times. Any ideas?
You'll have to play around with the settings. I can't remember the exact setting but there's a way to 'favorite' the device. Once you do that, it'll automatically connect to it first.
If it has stopped connecting, try to remove the device and reconnect.
Software always has bugs 🙂
You could check to see if your console is running the latest software. If not, it's a good idea to update it.

The button should enable Eco mode.
If it doesn't work, either the button needs to be replaced or your car was a part of a fleet and it was disabled.
See if your dealership can figure out why it doesn't work.

Hi,
I think I may have found the issue by googling those error codes:
Hope that helps

It seems like that TSB was for 2010 models that were actually made in 2009. Since yours isn't, it does apply.
I don't know much about brakes other than the basics. See if you can get a 2nd opinion from another shop.
If the rest of the car is fine and you plan to keep it for longer, it's worth trying to fix the issue.
That's the way I decide on whether to fix something or not.
-
From searching the internet, it sounds about right.
You may also want to make sure that your car is not impacted by this TSB:
-
I don't have this feature but if I had to guess, each tire's TPMS is pre-programmed to its location eg. LR for Left Rear.
Since you moved the tire from the left rear to the left front, the car does not know that. It's displaying the air pressure from the left rear tire, thinking it's still in its original location.

Thanks for the info.
I change oil once a year at approx 8k miles and I change the filter too.
There's almost no other maintenance on this car so I don't worry about spending the extra $

I have a 2015 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid due for its 130,000 mile service.
It's the first service out of its extended warranty and I'm wanting to know if there are any pros and cons specific to this model/year vehicle of a dealer service vs local mechanic on an ongoing basis. My intention is to keep the car until it doesn't work or the cost of maintenance doesn't justify it.
I have been taking the vehicle to the dealer since I purchased it new and the work has been good but expensive. I have a local mechanic who has done good work on my partner's 2003 year cars many times in the past. They don't work on the hybrid system.
I know that the dealer service will be more expensive (~ 50% more), but they use OEM parts, have specifically trained technicians and can work on the hybrid system. Are there any other considerations I need to be aware of for this year/make? Would it be good to have the minor services done at the local mechanic and the major services done at the dealer?
I know that I can look up the maintenance schedule for the car on https://www.ford.com/support/maintenance-schedule/. I don't know a lot about cars so I am not able to service the car myself.
Thanks for any knowledge you can share!
The gas engine for this car is almost like any other gas engine so you should be able to service it at a local mechanic.
I changed the oil myself and it was the same as other cars that I've owned.
Your local mechanic should have access to the Ford factory service manuals and data if needed.

Agree. Mine lasted 7 years.

It's definitely not very common.
You've probably seen this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JA9WI20zxfU
Do you have any more details on the code?
Was any work done on the vehicle recently?
Maybe take it to a Ford dealer and let them diagnose it for you.

Hello,
Has anyone removed their FFH throttle body and cleaned it?
Wondering if it's needed at 80k+ miles.
The car runs fine but trying to be proactive.

Take a look at the service manual here:

Sounds like a belt slapping against something.
Take it back to the shop where you had work done. They usually have a warranty period.

2013 FFH with 170k miles. It has become increasingly difficult to fill up the tank completely. The pump shuts off around 3/4 and then I can only proceed by pumping little by little, waiting some time in between pumping. It seems to be an EVAP problem, however I don't have a CEL on or any trouble codes (per ForScan). I have seen the TSB 13-6-01, but it appears to not apply in this case as the trouble only happens when the tank is 3/4 full. I have tried different gas stations and inserting the fuell filler upside down but it makes no difference.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this would be much appreciated!
How many gallons do you fill when the tank is empty?
A few times, I've let the FFH run past the 0 DTE and I don't think I've filled more than 12 gallons.
Like MeeLee said, stop filling when you hear the first click.
170k miles is great! Your FFH is proof that the transmission issue doesn't affect all Fusions.

Thanks. It's always garaged.
I hand wash it and then polish it twice a year too

Stops are smooth and silent, but I can't help but think the pads must be close to the end of their lifespan. I do drive pretty gently, coasting to a stop when I can and using the Eco button for regen, so I expect that has helped quite a bit, but 87K? Anybody else here experienced such long life?
2014 with 83k miles. Last year, the dealership said that the brakes were almost 100% new with very little wear.
A pleasant surprise with a Hybrid.

I have several questions about FFH 2017+ , It's my first post , I am going to be FFH and need some info, I have read about my questions in several sections of this forum but I need more clarification. Here are questions:
1. Did Ford change/fix transmission after 2015 models? Do models from 2017+ have new type/version of transmission or they have same one with same problems?
2. If my transmission is dead , will I have to buy new one and replace or can it be repaired? also, if I change fluid for every recommended period, transmission still be damaged anyway? Every how many miles should I change transmission fuild, what is recommended?
3. Which trim levels have BLIS (blind spot sensor) on mirrors beside titanium? or where can I find full info about SE, SEL, Titanium packages? I couldn't find trustworthy information in google.
I know I have many questions, thanks in advance.
See: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2016/SB-10092366-5448.pdf
It's only for 2013-2016 Fusions so you should be fine.
As someone mentioned on another thread, there aren't that many reports of failures compared to the number of Fusions on the road.
Here's a thread with some transmission discussions:
I don't think changing the transmission fluid will prevent the failure since it's probably a manufacturing defect but it doesn't apply to your vehicle anyway.
-
I have no experience with this but hopefully it will be garaged.
I found this blog: https://www.carpro.com/blog/how-to-care-for-your-ev-or-hybrid-when-not-in-regular-use
Hope it helps!

Hello,
The battery life depends on the weather (specifically heat) in your area. If it's a 2019, assuming it's the OEM battery, there's a chance that it may need to be replaced since it's 4 years old.
You can get it tested at a local auto store to be sure.
The battery is in the trunk and can be replaced by an auto shop or if you're good at DIY, you can do it yourself. (I replaced mine on my own)
My SE's battery lasted 7 years because the weather in CA is pretty good, and the car is garaged when not driven.
Titanium models have more bells and whistles so I'm not surprised if there's more battery drain.
There are batteries that have a 3-year replacement warranty and a 5-year pro-rated warranty.
If a battery lasts 4 years, it's fine. Anything beyond that is a bonus.
