Took my 2014 Fusion Hybrid Titanium with 500 miles in for service this morning here in Grand Rapids, Mi. at Borgman Ford to fix the dead HD radio. All went well and in about an hour I had my new Fusion Hybrid back with the HD radio now working! One happy camper here!

What is an ACM? Access Control Module?

Greg - we just took delivery of our 2014 FFH Titanium. We will be installing a Kenwood TM-241 2 meter radio soon and will let you know the results. I note your post is from a few months ago. Have you taken delivery and installed your gear yet? 73' WB8YKH

Just took delivery of my 2014 Fusion Hybrid Titanium a week ago (Dec. 2, 2013) and like you, no HD radio! We will return the new car to the Dealer service center within the next two weeks to see their response. What happened to the old slogan Ford "Quality First"? :). Though this is the only issue I've found so far. I'm hoping only a minor inconvenience. We'll see and let you know soon...
