  1. Hi. My 2013 FFH SE with 252,000 miles won’t start. I left the key on overnight and battery ran dead. Would not not jump start. Recharged the 7/17 date code (42 month old) battery and load tested good overnight. Still no start. Jumped again with battery charged and using lithium jumper, still no start. All dash lights and car appear normal but no response from starter. No green move icon. Check engine light on but not throwing any codes. Wrench icon appears and disappears as I disconnect 12v battery ground to attempt to clear PCM. Fuses checked fine. Relay tool showed several sockets with green and red LED lit for same pin location and I’ve read this should not be the norm. I’m hoping to diagnose and fix without a tow to dealer, especially if it’s a simple fix. Appears as if contacts not being made to mate stater/generator to spin up ICE and no HVB power is present to show green move icon. I got a new battery yesterday at Costco and put the old battery at the jump posts under hood for a total of 1300CCA but still no response from starter. Any ideas?

  4. I've had both font windows go stupid since October 2013. Never both at the same time. Auto up for no apparent reason just stops working for hours or days, then starts working again... can't find a rhyme or reason for it. Since my Fusion will go in next week for the transmission oil leak fix, I'll bring up the TSB and see if they'll do it all at once under the $100 deductible of the extended warranty.
  5. 41,000 miles on my April 2013 Hybrid. Took in today for oil change. Dealer said leaking transmission oil on case. Nothing hitting the driveway yet. Dealer wants it for 3 days or so. Will put me in a rental. I have Platinum extended warranty with $100 deductible. I may get my $1850 bucks worth from the extended warranty. I too am wary of having a transmission pulled.... don't want new problems to pop up. I guess I'm thinking back to when I pulled motors and transmissions and had extra hardware after re-installing. Anyone know of a TSB on the leak? I'll take in next Tuesday for the work to be done. Other than this leak and my front power windows not auto up all the time, great car.
