  1. I just picked up my New Fusion Hybrid Energi Titanium and I LOVE IT, What a great Car! I have been charging it with the 110 volt transformer that came with the car. Does anyone know what the power usage will be for an 8 hour charge with a 110 volt charger, I am thinking it will give me about 25 miles of driving on EV mode. that would be about 6/10 of a gallon based on 41 mpg or lets say $2.00 of gas. I wonder if it cost more then that for an 8 hour charge?. My electric company is DWP, (Dept of water and power) 110 volts for 8 hour charging = $s I wont get another bill for 2 months, so I dont want to wait for a shocker : )
  2. Is there an indicator light or gauge that tells me at what point when pressing the brake pedal you go from Regen charging to the point where the break calipers are being engaged? In other words when I press softly on the brake is it just charging the HVB? Can Regen occur with a soft touch to the brake pedal without the brake pads touching the rotors
  3. Can someone tell me, 1. if the 2013 Fusion Hybrid Energi gets Regenerative power or charging when simply letting off the gas pedal or costing without using the brake, 2. Is this increased when engaging the downhill button on the shifter, I know this increases the RPM's of the motor going Downhill like turning off an overdrive but I wonder if it captures the energy at a higher rate such as braking would?
