Can only the dealer install leather in my 2013 Hybrid due to the airbags within the seats? If so anyone know what the price would be? If not can you recommend an aftermarket leather kit?

So I asked the dealer when purchasing the car why the Black paint had color reflecting out of it. It almost looks like glitter was mixed into the paint. He said since its a hybrid they try to of everything so you don't have to run the AC. Thus the black paint has other colors to help reflect the light away from the car to keep it cooler inside. So is this car sells man speaking truth or fiction? Is the reason the black paint isn't just black is to help with the temps within the cabin?
