I thought I found the 'adjustment' somewhere on this forum a while ago but I can't locate it now. Help (wife's car!)

Push and hold the button for down and continue holding for 3 seconds after the window stops moving.

Repeat the preceding for up.

Repeat both of the above steps.

If that doesn't work, make an appointment with your dealer.

I tried a variation of that procedure without success. With the window down I didn't hold the switch, I held it down for three seconds as it was going down. I'll give that a try and report back. Thanks.

The process Murphy describes is exactly what I used to have to do to my 2013. Since I got my 2017, it hasn't been necessary, but if it every happens again, that's the process I'll try.
