Shawnb2 Report post Posted March 3, 2015 I tried searching but didn't come up with anything and am wondering what speaker(s) does the navi and phone play through? I'm considering changing out speakers and adding an amp and want to make sure I don't disconnect anything that shouldn't be when the time comes. I'm asking because I won't be buying the car until the end of the month and trying to get all my questions and research done before I get the car. Any help and info would be greatly appreciated. SteveB_TX Report post Posted March 3, 2015 (edited) Don't quote me on this, but I believe sync/nav uses the front door speakers. Maybe. I think. Pretty sure though. :) Also... Before you start changing out the audio, you should look at all the posts on the forums from other members that have done the swap, as well as the problems they encountered. Shawnb2 Report post Posted March 3, 2015 Yea, I've done that already. I know I have to disable the Noise Canceling stuff. I'll continue to look into it before I tear anything apart. I just want to make sure all my homework is done before I start so I know what issues I can expect and have any tips I may need to do it right. Thanks for your help.
