10W20 Oil OK for Fusion Hybrid?

It appears that during the last oil change on my 2014 Fusion Hybrid, the dealer used 10w20 oil rather than 5w20 oil based upon the little sticker on the windshield. I called my dealer after I noticed it and they said that the stickers are pre-printed - I doubt that.

 

Should I be concerned if they used 10w20 oil rather than the recommended 5w20 oil?

So, are they saying they actually used 5w20? Perhaps the sticker was a typo? 10w20 seems like it would be an odd viscosity for them to have in stock. I can't find any major auto parts stores that stock it.

There is no 10w20. there is 5w and 0w. If they used 0w20 instead of 5w20 not much will happen. First digit is how it flows when cold. So 0w oil flows more freely people used this a lot where it gets freezing.

The FFH owners manual (at least for my 2015) specifies 0W-20 and states this:

 

 

You can use 5W-20 oil if 0W-20 oil is not available.
