md13ffhguy Report post Posted September 28, 2014 Too bad Ford, a US company, doesn't maintain a site like this for the US... This is what it's displaying for me at the moment: Please accept our apologies - The eTIS web site is busy. Note: Any requests you were making at this time will not be processed, also any text entry will not have been captured and will need to be re-entered. md13ffhguy Report post Posted September 28, 2014 I had finally collected my VINs and had a few minutes to sit at the computer and check out what it had for my vehicles... Such is life!
jeff_h Report post Posted September 28, 2014 I think Sunday is normally downtime for routine maintenance, try later this evening and it will probably be back. 2 GrySql and hybridbear reacted to this
wreckedcar Report post Posted September 30, 2014 When i put my VIN in last week and again just now under the "Vehicle Software" section it states information is available for my car and has a "Click here" link to view further information. When clicking the link, it takes me to the "Changes & Upgrades" section and states "The information you have requested is not available at this time." Anybody else have the same issue? It is my first time using their site so maybe I just did something wrong. On the plus side, there are no "Outstanding Field Service Actions" listed. acdii Report post Posted October 2, 2014 Thats normal for that site. I think it is tied to an authentication system, so that if you are logged in with a valid account, the redirect actually takes you somewhere useful, if not logged in, you get that page instead.
