TonyHzNV Report post Posted February 22, 2015 My favorite station is Watercolors Jazz. My wife likes The Coffee House. Sirius was also nice during our road trip to listen to the NFL playoffs without having to search for a local station with the game.Wow, man! My SiriusXM is probably on Watercolors (chan 66) about 90% of the time! Classic Vinyl is another favorite and Soultown too. I think they have lots of good stuff, they just want to charge too much for it. Like I said above, I have all of my presets set to something I like. 1 hybridbear reacted to this

Just sayin....... :) Edited February 24, 2015 by TonyHzNV 1 hybridbear reacted to this
acdii Report post Posted February 25, 2015 To date I have not turned on Sirius in either car. I did have it in my F150, but even when driving to CA from IL I didn't turn it on, only thing I did use was the gas app for the travel link. I also used the weather in the BD when I drove to FL, but found that it was slow to update if it even updated at all. The weather channel on the iphone was better and more up to date. I have so many songs on my iphone and usb sticks of music I prefer to listen to, that I stopped listening to Pandora too. I dont think Sirius/XM will be around much longer though, they have way too much competition with phone apps now that have been integrated(EXCEPT FORD MFT) into cars infotainment systems. md13ffhguy Report post Posted May 20, 2015 There is a satellite radio demo period from May 19 through June 1.60 channels are available. Yes! The way I always find out about these is when I suddenly get a traffic alert out of nowhere. Today it scared the heck out of me!
hybridbear Report post Posted May 20, 2015 It isn't working in our Energi. I turned on Sirius last night and got "channel unsubscribed" on channels on the list at the link murphy posted. I wonder if it will work today...
murphy Report post Posted May 20, 2015 It isn't working in our Energi. I turned on Sirius last night and got "channel unsubscribed" on channels on the list at the link murphy posted. I wonder if it will work today...Select a channel that is on the list and let the message stay there when it pops up. As soon as an unlock signal is received the channel will begin playing and the message will go away.

SteveB_TX Report post Posted May 20, 2015 I'm very much enjoying the free period in my Explorer ST! :)
corncobs Report post Posted May 22, 2015 Is that why the traffic alert is working in our Explorer when using the Nav? I thought it was part of the Nav deal but now I'm wondering!?! I never really used the Nav before so I never saw it before yesterday.
hybridbear Report post Posted June 4, 2015 So sad that this free period is over. It still worked yesterday, but now today it isn't working.

hermans Report post Posted August 26, 2015 (edited) I guess it's not for every car. My FFH is receiving the signal. The MKZh...not so much.I got a notice for the 13 FFH that I no longer own and one for my 13 MKZh. I checked this AM and it works. I suspect they missed you. If you call them they will activate for your car during the "free" trial period, but be prepared for the hard sell. michaelstark Report post Posted November 30, 2019 I want a refund for the demo period! ;)Yeah. The sound quality isn't even up to FM radio in my opinion, and the selection isn't all that great, either. Now if I could stream internet stations like SomaFm...it might be worth it.
