How many miles can I drive in EV mode

Searched but couldn't locate this topic. Curious on the 2014 Hybrid, are there estimates of how many miles you can drive in pure EV? I know hills and up/down speeds would kill this average, so assume a flat road going steady 55? Based on my anecdotal experience, I'm guessing it's 2 miles?

Probably less on hilly terrain. It I have a full SOC, I can go 1.5 miles at 35 mph. But that's here on the flat land of Florida.

Thanks. Yes, to clarify my curiosity, I assume a full SOC and that it would not re-charge until fully depleted.

There was a challenge question some time ago an I believe 1.5 - 2 miles was about what people were able to do.

Going downhill for a long time didn't count. ;)

Usually, when I fill up my gas tank when the car is fully warmed up, when I leave, the car is in EV mode and stays that way until I get home. It is 1.6 miles, and I generally end up at 115-120mpg when I get home. Of course, that starts to drop as soon as I pull out of my garage the next time I drive! But it's nice while it lasts...

I wouldn't coax EV much. Rechargeable batteries lives are related to the number of charge-discharge cycles and the depth of discharge. Let the system do it's thing most of the time. EV+ is a system function. I do it manually in a 2010 which doesn't have it as I approach home. I don't coax it any lower than it would cycle to. I went 4 miles once after a reconditioning event at 40 mph. Reconditioning charges to 100% of the 1.4 KWH capacity and it stops at about 30%. That's about 1 KWH which is 250 WH/mile which is just about right. A Prius can use 200 WH/mile.

It the city you can do a lot better than 200 Wh/mi in the summer. Our Focus Electric tracks energy consumption this way and since we got it in early July our Lifetime Summary shows 210 Wh/mi. On MyFord Mobile we can see consumption by key. My consumption for the past almost 2 months has been 201 Wh/mi, my wife has an avg consumption of 215 Wh/mi. Most highway trips are 200-250 Wh/mi, most city trips are 150-180 Wh/mi. The Focus Electric weighs slightly more than the FFH. I imagine that if the FFH had the ability to track MPGe (like the Energi) we'd see similar consumption of electricity in EV mode. I've taken some of the measurements from my parents' C-Max Energi and compared them to the Focus Electric for the same trips and the Focus is more efficient than the C-Max Energi in its use of electricity.
