Hybrider Report post Posted August 7, 2014 I'm trying to figure out how GrySql does it, posting non-forum animated smileys. ;) 1 GrySql reacted to this
Hybrider Report post Posted August 7, 2014 (edited) I found a free smiley site, and they had "Forum Code", that looked like this: {url=http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys.php]{img]http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-char030.gif[/img}[/url}But the original code snippet above had brackets instead of braces at every location where there is a brace above. Hybrider Report post Posted August 7, 2014 GrySql, are your smileys done as attachments? When I click on your smiley, it shows the GIF like it is an attachment. But when I click on mine, it takes me to the smiley website. Trying attachment method here:
GrySql Report post Posted August 7, 2014 Wherever the Smiley is, right click and find the the 'Copy link location' - copy it.In the Forum text box, click the 'Image' tab above the text box, a window opens, paste the copied link location info in the URL box, click 'OK' and the window closes - the picture or smiley you copied should appear. If you are using something like Photobucket, copy the 'Direct Link', paste into the 'Image' window here, that oughta do it. 2 hybridbear and Hybrider reacted to this
