ChrisAshton84 Report post Posted April 24, 2014 Just curious (and I'll try on mine w/ rear sensing in a bit), but can you adjust the volume w/ the steering wheel buttons? I know navigation and entertainment have separate volumes - perhaps this does too. 1 corncobs reacted to this
ddoug Report post Posted April 25, 2014 thanks for the idea - I'll try it today
Easy Rider Report post Posted April 25, 2014 I was rightly embarrassed when I asked my dealer how to adjust the volume for the NAV voice.......and they told me to wait until the voice was talking and then turn the "volume" knob.DUH.I think that works with the buttons on the wheel too.Interestingly enough, there is a voice command to change the NAV volume and that does NOT work. Waldo Report post Posted April 25, 2014 thanks for the idea - I'll try it today Don't bother, it won't work. There is no volume adjustment for the beeps. But you might try comparing to another fusion your dealer has in stock to see if there might be something wrong with yours.
ChrisAshton84 Report post Posted April 25, 2014 Well, it seems tied to the radio volume for me. I didn't try with the radio off though... hmm.
Easy Rider Report post Posted April 25, 2014 If you find out how to actually shut the radio OFF please share it.I don't think there IS a way.
SteveB_TX Report post Posted April 25, 2014 (edited) Um... I just press the power button to turn it off. Or on. Now, if what you actually meant was how to turn off the touch screen/MFT/MLT, you can't. :) Edited April 26, 2014 by SteveB_TX 1 corncobs reacted to this
ddoug Report post Posted April 26, 2014 looks like I'll need to go check one out at the dealer - thanks all !
Easy Rider Report post Posted April 26, 2014 (edited) Um... I just press the power button to turn it off. Or on. Maybe I need to look closer but with my Titanium I think the radio function is integrated with the MFD and there is NO power button. [EDIT]OK this is kind of sad really. I HATE controls with symbols only on them.I thought that "power" button was for the CD player. It IS located right beside the CD slot, after all. :) Edited April 26, 2014 by Easy Rider 1 hybridbear reacted to this

Now, if what you actually meant was how to turn off the touch screen/MFT/MLT, you can't. :)You can turn off the MFT screen. It's under Settings > Display > Mode > Off. It will turn back on the next time you touch the screen. Edited April 27, 2014 by Riggo
