thavil Report post Posted June 15, 2014 You may need to contact your dealer to make sure. I can only speak for the Maintenance Plan that my dealer tried to sell me and it was for their service department only. You got me thinking and I just looked on Flood Ford's website and see that they sell a Ford maintenance plan that should work at any Ford dealership. Hopefully that's the one that you bought. acdii Report post Posted June 16, 2014 And just to add to thavil's comment a lot of people think that maintenance plans are just a rip off especially with a car that needs oil changes every 10k. So far at almost 24k mile I have spend $203 for all maintenance (first oil change was free) and they recommended a wheel alignment ($75) during the last service which it needed. Without the alignment $128 for 24k beautiful miles not bad and probably cheaper than the plan.25K miles and so far maintenance has cost me under $60. That was one free oil change, two oil changes and tire rotation. The only other money I spent on the car is having the windows tinted. 1 corncobs reacted to this

I just ran mine through that drill down and it did not recognize that I have ESP, it wanted to sell me another contract for $2,600.Things have changed... bummer.I better look into this further. When I click on My Warranty I get this:Warranty information provided does not take into consideration vehicles purchased under the Certified Pre-Owned Plan and does not include any additional coverage that may be provided through the purchase of an extended service plan (ESP).Ford keeps updating their different websites and seem to lose track of some data.Finding out about your ESP Plan ought to be easier than this. Maybe Crystal can help?
acdii Report post Posted August 24, 2014 I am supposed to have a Ford Premium ESP too, but I also get the same thing, wants to sell me one. There should be an easier way to find the information on ESP.
GrySql Report post Posted August 24, 2014 (edited) I just sent Crystal a PM about this, hope she can shed some light on this mystery. Some charitable member may want to call the ESP Hotline and find out for us. :) Edited August 24, 2014 by GrySql
