So I tried to mess with My View and put on the coaching assistant...figured what the hec, let's try this guy out. Selected it with my view then started the trip; all I recieved was Green across the board the entire trip; no changing of the bars at all. I'm not that good yet.

I'll try again next trip to see if it was a glitch, but hopefully I didn't find my first isssue in my week old vehicle (hopefully just something I'm overlooking).

I see your picture from yesterday which noted only 163 miles... what is the odometer reading now? I don't think that the VHR will run until the car has at least 200 miles on it, I wonder if the coaching function is the same?

If you are referring to the three bars, then slam on the brakes, and slam on the gas, if they dont drop to yellow or red, then they aren't working. They should also be blue, not green(unless Ford changed them in 2014).

I'll slam on the way home...hopefully that's the case.

Maybe you have been reading the forum too much and really are that good already :) let us know how the slamming works out.

Can you post a pic of the bars that you're seeing? Pics are the best to solve these things :camera:

Flooring it worked; didn't see any yellow, but I got the blue bars (yup, they are blue) to move. I think you are right…I have been reading the forum too much transforming into a hybrid type driver. Oh boy...

If that's the case you have my highest respect! Even after driving mine for almost a year I have never seen all 3 bars at 100%.

The cruising bar is the hardest for me to keep at 100 because any sort of highway driving will drop it. The other two are pretty easy to keep up there.

Mine are pretty much all the way up most of the time. At least every time I look at them. Pretty sure there are times when the acceleration is in the red, and a few times the braking is yellow.
