2012 MKZ Hybrid - Engineering/Test/Developer Modes?

Hi guys,

I noticed the top thread in this forum about the 2013+ ET mode that is available. I have searched high and low and can not find anything similar for the 2010-2012 Hybrids. I found the procedure for the non-hybrids (hold Reset for 5 seconds as the car is turned on) and I tried that method on my SmartGauge model but it doesnt seem to do anything.

Also, on my old 07 MKZ, it had a "developer mode" built in that I was able to access. I thought it was cool to dive down deep into the workings of the car/nav system, read trouble codes through it...etc. Is there anything similar on these newer units?
