100% SOC Re-set trip MPG's

Recommended Posts

The Facility Director has always told me, if it we don't exceed your expectations we have failed. So far, SBF has kept their word.

I just wished I lived closer to them, but I still feel the trip is worth it. All five Dealers around me are run by a bunch of snake oil salesmen.

Like the day when I was at SBF bitching about my mileage after the PCM update and their Tech caught the mpg difference in my complaint and the mpg's for the drive to them that morning - they are sharp.

I liked that, and when I told them about the Hard Reset, the Tech was positive and wanted to know more about what the Forum thought about that, I don't know any Ford Dealers with that kind of attitude.

Which reminds me, I have to call our SA and tell him my, and others, findings regarding the 100% SOC Hard Reset. Have you discussed that with him?

Yes, I did speak to our SA regarding the MPG improvement to our FFHs after the 100% SOC Hard Reset. I told the SA that you were on a trip and would have positive news about the trip the next time you were at SBF. He is anxious to hear from you.

I called the SA at SBF (I love all these acronyms!!), told him what I knew for certain.

He was pretty up to speed after talking to you.

So, for whatever good that has done, it's done.

I mentioned your ambient lighting job, he was pretty proud of that effort, especially the 'A' switch.

Such a nice guy, hard working, positive and easy to work with.

Sorry, but those are abbreviations. Acronyms are words like NATO, radar and modem which are made up of parts of the words e.g. modulator/demodulator in the fully spelled out reference.
