Every now and then I will hear a sounds almost like a pop or crack coming from the car's dash or door area. Its very short and not very loud, it kinda sounds like if small pebbles or sand is hitting the windshield. I thought it is maybe things adjusting to the heat (100°F+), but I'm not sure. I've pressed my hand down on the dash area above the speedometer and the trim right outside the speedometer glass and can kind of make the same noises. I'm wondering if it's that. MaineFusion Report post Posted August 9, 2013 I've had similar noises that I would have sworn were coming from my dashboard. Turned out to be the keys hanging off my FFH key fob. acdii Report post Posted August 10, 2013 Dont forget the noise cancellation system can pick up those sounds and recreate opposing sounds.
