Your battery was full so regenerative braking was no longer possible. It ran the engine to provide the braking. It should not have used any gasoline however.

I think it just goes to show that you can make these things generate whatever number you want.

Thanks for sharing and no reason to hide this number because that still returns a trip average of 57.5 MPG which I think is badass.

Way over the top numbers...... :worship:

 

Should have regen the whole way or at least till topped off battery.

 

Ride that generator. Ride it!

This seemed like to best place to post this, since it is the most miles driven that I think I have ever seen anywhere for an FFH with greater than or equal to 60 MPG.

Wow, that's fantastic! :) Yes, this seems like a good thread to put this in, but I had to laugh when I realized that the previous post was a couple months before I even bought my 2013. :)
