Brown Recluse spider

Recommended Posts

I use a product yearly called Demon WP that got rid of spiders at my Grandparent's, Parent's, and now my home. I haven't seen any since then but I don't know if they will create an immunity to it.

At the Fire Station, there was an infestation when it was first built (since previously it was a wooded lot). It was taken care of for a while (don't know what chemical) but they seem to come back every year or so.

What size is a full grown one?

They get about the size of a quarter. We have found about 50 this year alone

We have a lot of what are know as banana spiders, AKA Golden Orb. Very large but not poisonous to humans, just frightening.

I like them to be in Texas....

So do I! They can keep all the scorpions, too.

Look closer in your lawn. They're there.
